About Sheri
I am a Registered Social Worker and a mother of three, and I am passionate about supporting individuals who find themselves struggling or feeling overwhelmed in their lives.
I believe in meeting each person with compassion, respect, and a deep commitment to understanding their lived experience. My focus is to help you navigate emotional challenges, build tools for regulation, and feel grounded in a plan that truly meets your needs—whether you are coping with stress, anxiety, trauma, or navigating complex systems during times of crisis.

I completed my Master of Social Work at the University of Windsor and have pursued specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma Therapy through Wilfrid Laurier University, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These evidence-based approaches allow me to tailor therapy to your unique goals, strengths, and circumstances.

My goal is to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where you can be heard, understood, and empowered. Through empathy, active listening, and trauma-informed care, we work together to explore what is getting in the way of your well-being and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
