We provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore and address their emotional, psychological, and behavioral concerns. During these sessions, individuals work one-on-one with a trained therapist to identify and better understand their feelings, thoughts, and behaviours, and to develop strategies for coping with and overcoming challenges. Individual therapy can be beneficial for addressing a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Through this process, individuals can gain insight, develop self-awareness, and learn new skills that can help them lead a more fulfilling and satisfying life.



In couples therapy, our therapists guide you and your partner to improved communication and deeper understanding of one another. We support you in uncovering assumptions, resentment or other underlying issues that may be causing conflict in your relationship. Together, we will work towards identifying problems and finding solutions that align with your desired outcomes.


 We understand that every couple is unique, and our approach is tailored to the specific needs of each individual relationship. We use evidence-based techniques to help couples work through their challenges and achieve their goals.
