I believe everyone deserves to feel heard and understood. Grounded in a person-centered approach, I offer a compassionate space for teens and adults to explore emotions, navigate challenges, and reconnect with their strengths.

With a background in the arts, I often integrate creative expression into therapy as a tool for healing and self-discovery. I support clients facing anxiety, low mood, self-esteem issues, stress, and life transitions.

As a qualifying psychotherapist practicing under supervision through Oakwell’s Emerging Clinician Program, I offer sessions at a reduced rate and under the clinical supervision of two experienced clinicians at Oakwell.

About Sydney
Collaboration is at the heart of my practice, and I work closely with each individual to tailor my approach to best suit their needs. I am completing my clinical practicum toward a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I practice with ongoing guidance from Oakwell’s clinical team, and under the supervision of two dedicated and experienced Oakwell clinicians who are approved to provide clinical supervision by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and Yorkville University.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Studio Art & Art History from Western University, I bring a creative, collaborative lens to therapy - tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. Whether through traditional talk therapy or integrating expressive techniques, I aim to help clients deepen their understanding of themselves and move toward meaningful change.
