MACP, RP (Qualifying)
I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where youth and adults can explore their emotions, navigate challenges, and work toward meaningful change.
With a background in the arts, I often incorporate creative interventions into therapy as tools for self-expression, reflection, and growth. I support clients experiencing anxiety, low mood, self-esteem challenges, stress, and life transitions.
I offer in-person services in St. Thomas. You’re welcome to book a free consultation using the schedule an appointment button below or reach out to me directly at sydney@oakwell.ca . Scroll down to learn more about my approach and services.
About Sydney
Are you or your child feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, low self-esteem, or stress? I work with youth (12+) and adults, offering a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to explore emotions, navigate challenges, and build coping skills. Through a collaborative approach and creative, art-based interventions, I help clients build confidence, strengthen emotional regulation, develop practical tools to manage anxiety, low mood, stress, and life transitions. This can help them feel empowered, capable, and resilient in school, work, relationships, and everyday life.
Taking the first step toward support can feel like a lot, especially if you’re unsure what to expect. Sessions look like open conversation, creative expression, or a blend of both, depending on what feels helpful. Collaboration is at the heart of my practice, and I work closely with each individual to tailor my approach and to best suit their needs. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, creating an environment where you can feel safe, supported, and free to be yourself.
